The following nationalities may stay for three or six months without having to apply for a visa. 

Caricom member countries and Commonwealth Countries. (Some African and South Asian Commonwealth countries may need to have a visa in advance.)

Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Suriname, Sweden, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States and Venezuela. 

Passengers on cruise ships can enter without a visa for up to 24 hours.
