Bonaire is geographically an independent country but remains very closely involved with the Netherlands.
Visas are not required by passport holders for visits up to 3month from: Albania, Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Colombia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao, Macedonia, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, St Christopher and Nevis (St Kitts), St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Slovakia, Slovenia, Suriname, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, Vatican and Venezuela.
Nationals from Bolivia, China, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Guyana, Haiti, India, Jamaica and Peru can enter without a visa if they have a valid entry visa for the USA and/or Canada.
Holders of a valid multiple entry Ireland, United Kingdom or Schengen visa can enter visa free.
Holders of a vlid residence permit for Schengen, US, Canada, UK or Ireland can enter without a visa.
